1 General Terms

223bd (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "us") provides an online casino and sports betting service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services offered through the 223bd website and mobile platform.

• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Tiers advance through regular and active play. Detailed cashback terms apply separately for each tier, and 223bd reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 223bd platform are operated by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fair and verifiable.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are final and cannot be changed. If a game is not completed due to a technical error, 223bd reserves the right to refund the bet for that round. Any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error will be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following applies to sports betting:

• Betting odds may change at any time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed shall apply.
• If an event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• If match fixing or irregular activity is suspected, the relevant bets may be suspended.

6.3 Software and Technology

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 223bd platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting bonus hunting.
• Collusion — multiple players colluding to gain an unfair advantage.
• Playing using automated bots or software.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 223bd

223bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to verify age.
• Failure to submit KYC documents.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.

8.2 Closure by the User
